Cult heroes of the North Carolina heavy music scene, He Is Legend are hitting the road this spring. The band has officially announced the Suck Out The Poison 20th Anniversary Tour, a massive trek across the United States celebrating two decades of their seminal sophomore album.
Joining the bill are A Lot Like Birds, who will serve as main support for the full run. Additional support includes Cold Clay Mountain, Lost In Separation, and Softspoken on select dates. The He Is Legend tour kicks off on April 7, 2026, and will tear through major cities including Atlanta, Dallas, San Diego, Denver, and Nashville. This run is a dedicated celebration of the band's history, focusing on the chaotic southern-fried metal that defined their 2006 classic.
